Mariners House

Grade II Listed Townhouse

Mariner’s House is a distinguished Grade II Listed townhouse with origins dating back to the 18th century. This project demonstrates how historic fabric can be sensitively conserved while enabling the building to function sustainably in the present day.

Through a sensitive programme of heritage led design, original architectural features were carefully repaired and retained, safeguarding the craftmanship and the character that defines this property. The result is a respectful revival of a historic seafaring residence, celebrating its maritime legacy while extending its life for future generations.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful listed building conservation, when grounded by an understanding of historic context, can preserve authenticity while supporting long term resilience and use.
